Scientists study it. Doctors recommend it. Millions of people all over the world practice it every day.

Why? Because meditation works...

Meditation is a delightfully simple practice, but that doesn't mean that setting up your own practice is easy - thats why I regularly run a short course for beginners and follow up sessions. My aim is to introduce you to different techniques and methods of meditation so that you can find a way that works for you. All have the same goal - to quieten the busy thinking mind and allow the wisdom of the higher self to speak.
